After a discussion about getting our Cats ashes and a paw print, he was makes down for communal cremation, and we were not informed. Once our beautiful fur baby was created, we recieved an email informing us that a mistake was made, and he was added in with other pets, and that we would not be getting his ashes. If you care for your pets, and would like them respected in life and death, Do Not use this "veterinary clinic".
