He was very helpful explaining what he was doing and why, providing helpful tips on correcting issues and maintaining the new condition of our home. Upon the conclusion of his physical inspection he provided an extensive written report with illustrations, cautions and preventative tips/suggestions. We are extremely pleased with Bruce's experienced professionalism, clear and concise reporting and cost -effective fee structure. Five Star Rating.
