The owner, operator and technician is the same person; as highly competent and professional as any you will find in the big service centres. And unlike the big centres where an indifferent service person takes in your machine and consigns it to the back to re-appear many days later, here you deal with the person who will repair your machine. You have an initial report on what is needed and the projected costs. And he's fast; often fixes my machines overnight. Then, as a final prize, he's inexpensive if anything. So with all this, what's not to like.
