Average rating 1.0 based on 1 reviewAfter going 4 times to this Nail Salon and having 2 horrible experiences, I've decided to find another nail salon. The owner asked me 4 times if I wanted my nails short. I said very clearly, No I do not want them short. She obviously wanted me to have them short and proceeded to hack off my shortest nail. I pulled my hand back and ask her what she was doing and she quickly apologized. I can assure you there was no communication issues between us, she just wanted to do them her way. I told her I would pay her for her services up to that point and I wanted to leave. She would not let me leave or give me an amount I owed her. She convinced me to stay and finish. I now have one fingernail that is quite shorter than the rest. Another nail tech. finished my manicure and polish. I will Not be returning. I like to give people a chance and that's why I had gone 4 times. Twice with Ok results and twice with horrible results.
